I'm a gym enthusiast, training 3 times a week while trying to maintain a healthy life by eating clean and staying as active as possible. I started my journey when the pandemic began; working from home gave me a chance to understand that work isn't everything, and we all should take care of ourselves, eat healthy, sleep at least 7-8 hours a day, and consume supplements that boost our energy throughout the day.
After that realization, I started working for myself, which is a whole new journey, and so far, I'm really enjoying it!
