- Refund Policy -
You can request a refund for any damaged product by providing us with a clear image of the damage in any format. The damage must be visible in the photo for us to process the refund. There’s no need to return the damaged item; just contact us with your order ID and the email used for the purchase.
Our customers can choose from several refund options:
- A replacement package with a gift of our choice (up to $100)
- A gift card for up to $100
- A full refund
- A 70% discount on your cart
We offer these options to ensure the best possible customer service. Just send us a message with your order ID and purchase email, and we’ll take care of everything!
- Return Policy -
You can return any product you didn’t like or that didn’t meet your needs, as long as it hasn’t been used and is still in its original packaging. Opened products are not eligible for a refund. Once you return the package to the sender address, we will fully refund your invoice. Please send us a message with your order ID and the email you used for the purchase, and we’ll handle the rest!
- Warranty -
All our electronic products (such as Smarty and Pulsator) come with a 3-year warranty, provided they haven't been damaged by the owner. If your item shows no visible damage but isn't functioning, you can request a replacement by providing us with a video or image, along with any other information we may require.
Non-electronic products (such as pillows) come with a 1-year warranty and will be replaced based on their condition.
