In the event that your order arrives damaged, is not functioning properly, or has not been delivered within 30 days, we will either issue a full refund or resend the product, along with a complimentary gift of your choice. You can return any product you didn’t like or that didn’t meet your needs, as long as it hasn’t been used and is still in its original packaging. Opened products are not eligible for a refund. Once you return the package to the sender address, we will fully refund your invoice. Please send us a message with your order ID and the email you used for the purchase, and we’ll handle the rest!

All our electronic products (such as Smarty and Pulsator) come with a 3-year warranty, provided they haven't been damaged by the owner. If your item shows no visible damage but isn't functioning, you can request a replacement by providing us with a video or image, along with any other information we may require.
Non-electronic products (such as pillows) come with a 1-year warranty and will be replaced based on their condition.
